Meet the CEO & Founder

I played almost every sport you can imagine growing up with all my brothers. Why did I play sports? Because I was an angry child who had trauma like many kids do today. I found that sports help me output my anger and channel it by working hard. Coach Akia has over 20 years of experience in high-level executive roles and 25 years working in behavioral health. Her expertise includes working with juvenile offenders, individuals with intellectual disabilities, inpatient/outpatient facilities, residential group homes, general mental health, severe mental illness, and tribal youth. Akia has a B.S. in Sociology and Criminal Justice and a M.S. in Administration of Justice and Security. Akia is a nationally certified coach with over ten years of experience coaching youth of all ages.
